New Delhi, January 9: Widespread outrage over the molestation incident in Bengaluru on New Year eve, superstar Shah Rukh Khan urged parents to teach their sons to respect women.
SRK said, "I think this incident is totally wrong, I agree with the statements made by other celebrities. Parents must teach their sons from childhood to respect women."
Khan adds, "Women are closest to my heart. Now it is high time we realise that we need to respect women more.
If women were not there, we wouldn't be here. Working women, housewives, every women who is there in the world should be respected.By all means we should respect women." He stressed.
Alia Bhatt also expressed her anger and said such incidents should not happen as it is very shameful and embarrasing.
Bollywod Superstar Akshay Kumar uploaded a video on Twitter and expressed how depressed and disgusted he felt after he got to know about the incident.
Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Shraddha Kapoor and many other artists condemned the incident.
